People are like icebergs.   When candidates go thru an interview, we only see the fraction of personality they bring to the surface.  So, how do you reduce the risk of a bad hire?

Borrowing from the Manufacturing Six Sigma toolkit of using data to make decisions, we first guide companies thru the process of defining the business-related personality traits for “the Right Person”.  The Prevue Job Benchmark we develop clearly identifies the combination of cognitive skills, motivations/interests, and the personality traits that will lead to a successful hire.

Candidates are then assessed using the Prevue Assessment, a fair and highly reliable assessment that has been validated across gender, age, and ethnicity of the general working population.  The Prevue Report provides feedback on twenty different scales and presents a clear picture of “The Total Person” and suggests additional interview questions in areas where the candidate is off the Benchmark.  Because of its reliability over time, the Prevue is also used for team building, succession planning and long term employee development.
