“They just need help…” This four word introduction by a CPA was the start of a six-year client relationship that turned an unprofitable family-owned business into an organization that knew how to plan and execute and was sold at a 25x EBITDA multiple.
Change is hard and each organization is unique in its ability to digest and implement improvements. Lack of profits and cash flow challenges can exacerbate the change process so we had to carefully determine the best way to stabilize the business. Our combination of operational and financial experience enables us to comprehensively evaluate businesses and create a customized path forward.
